Welcome to Roti Pani Indian Restaurant and Bar at the prestigious Dale House! A Grade II listed historic building - built by the Hincks Malting Dynasty in 1750 – is now a home to some of the most authentic North Indian (as Panjabi as it can get) food. ‘Roti Pani’ – the two simple words in Panjabi means ‘Bread and Water’ - are traditionally used together to invite someone over for a meal. Today we invite you to enjoy our authentic Panjabi cuisine that will for sure tickle your taste buds. Our truly authentic dishes are individually created using the finest ingredients, fresh herbs and spices with the traditional cooking skills that are as old as the Dale House building. Our signature dishes of original Butter Chicken, Railway Lamb Curry or Bakra Tari Wala (the Goat Curry) bring the essence of traditional Punjabi cooking to Willenhall. All our food is complemented by carefully sourced drinks and wines from our sommelier. (Note to developer: Here as the page scrolls down on the website we should be able to add special events etc)
A restaurant for every occasion
‘Roti Pani’ is an endeavour of friends who grew up eating real Indian food and desired to present and serve the same to create a fiesta of flavours and aromas to help you experience the real taste of Panjabi food - the food from the fertile land of five rivers.
